ROYAL RANCHES FS

Royal Ranches was an agriculture consulting project. AVI was commissioned to perform a bankable Feasibility Study for an integrated crop and livestock system in central Uganda for a foreign private investor. The study included several components including an irrigation network for row crop farming, cattle ranch & feedlot and abattoir.

The total project area was 17,000 hectares with total capital expenditures exceeding US$50 million.
